Robert Sprung is a seasoned entrepreneur, who has started, funded, and run two marketing-communication firms that were both sold to public companies. He is a graduate of Harvard College in languages, and of the University of Cambridge where he was a George C. Marshall Scholar. He serves as a consultant on business strategy, funding, and management to startups and entrepreneurs. Most recently he served as head of language services worldwide for major global advertising holding company Interpublic Group (NYSE:IPG). He also served as early-stage CEO for an advanced-materials company that currently supplies temperature-controlled shipping solutions for Covid vaccines around the world. He designed and taught the first-ever course in entrepreneurship at Phillips Academy Andover.

Shmuel received his Bachelor of Liberal Arts (BLA) from Johns Hopkins University, where he was honored with the Bachelor of Liberal Arts award. To further his education with a practical approach, he pursued an MBA from Bar-Ilan University.

Shmuel began his career in investment banking before transitioning to venture capital. In 2001, after the tech bubble burst, he seized an opportunity to join one of the world's leading diamond manufacturers. Over the next 20 years, he managed increasingly larger business units, focusing on international supply chains. During this time, he developed a keen understanding of the nuances required for effective cross-cultural communications.

His longstanding love for language and the dynamic nature of the translation industry drew him to this field. Shmuel believes that artificial intelligence presents a significant opportunity to enhance the level and degree of cross-cultural relevance in translation services.

Alina is our Head of Operations with 16 years’ experience in the translation industry. She graduated from University Al. I. Cuza with a bachelor degree in foreign languages. She also followed an Erasmus program at the University of Louvain la Neuve in Belgium. Alina is an experienced manager who demonstrates outstanding skills in dealing with difficult situations and successfully managing the resolution of customer issues. She is adept at coming up with win-win solutions for all parties. She is open, honest, and respectful in her communication at work and a very supportive colleague.
No matter what the task at hand, she will get it done on time and to the satisfaction of not just the client, but her team and any involved parties.
Alina manages and maintains relationships with trusted linguists and copywriters, alongside other team members and reviewers to produce an efficient translation workflow that ensures the product/services are well localized.
When not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her 3 children.
